Frozen Cream Cups - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
    1 c. sifted powdered sugar
    2 c. whipping cream
    1 tsp. vanilla flavoring
    fresh fruit
Preparation
    Beat softened cream cheese until smooth; blend in sugar, then whipping cream and vanilla.
    Pour into paper-lined (foil) muffin tins and freeze.
    Remove foil liners and spoon fruit over top. These will keep in freezer several months.
