Cheese Logs - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. mixed nuts, chopped fine (I suggest almonds, pecans, walnuts)
    1 c. each 3 cheeses (I suggest sharp Cheddar, Monterey Jack and Colby), shredded
    1 (2.5 oz.) pkg. 3 meats (I suggest turkey pastrami, corned beef and ham), shredded
    1/2 c. each: salad olives, dates and dried fruit (I suggest apples or apricots), diced
    1 bunch green onions, diced
    1/4 c. each dried chives and Worcestershire sauce
    2 tsp. black pepper
    1 Tbsp. Accent
    2 Tbsp. dry Ranch dressing seasoning (optional)
    approximately 2 lb. cream cheese
Preparation
    Mix in large bowl all ingredients except cream cheese.
    Blend well.
    Add cream cheese until texture is malleable.
    Careful not to overwork mixture.
    If mixture gets squishy, chill until workable.
