Shrimp And Rice - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    onion
    peppers
    mushrooms
    olive oil
    oleo
    peeled, cooked shrimp
    fresh parsley
    lemon pepper
    garlic powder
    low-fat milk
    1 heaping Tbsp. plain yogurt
    cooked rice
Preparation
    Saute onion, peppers and mushrooms in olive and oleo combination.
    Add shrimp, parsley, lemon pepper and garlic powder. Add a bit of low-fat milk and yogurt.
    Serve over cooked rice.
