Shrimp Thermidor In Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 lb. fresh mushrooms, sliced
    flour
    grated Cheddar cheese
    1/4 tsp. dry mustard
    3 c. cooked shrimp, cut in 1-inch pieces
    butter
    2 c. light cream
    2 Tbsp. dry white wine
    dash of cayenne
    1 1/2 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Brown mushrooms in 1/4 cup butter.
    Stir flour into 1/3 cup melted butter until smooth.
    Gradually add cream.
    Cook over low heat, stirring constantly, until thickened.
    Simmer 3 minutes. Add 1/4 cup grated cheese, wine, mustard, cayenne, mushrooms, shrimp and salt.
    Mix well.
