Biscotti Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. biscottis or 1 1/2 pkg. Stella D'Oro Anisette toast
    1 pkg. vanilla pudding
    1 large container Cool Whip
    fruit topping of choice: blueberry pie filling or strawberries, peaches or fruit cocktail
    1 to 2 Tbsp. rum (optional)
    1 c. milk
Preparation
    Dip biscottis in milk.
    Layer in bottom of large baking dish. Cook pudding according to package directions.
    When cooked, add the rum (optional).
    Pour pudding over biscottis.
    Cool.
    When pudding has set, cover pudding with fruit topping and Cool Whip. Can also add slivered almonds, chopped walnuts or shaved chocolate on Cool Whip.
