Melt-In-Your-Mouth Turkey Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 small precooked turkey breast
2 hard-boiled eggs
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 can chicken broth
1 stick low-fat margarine
1 c. self-rising flour
1 c. milk or buttermilk
Preparation

Break turkey into bite-size pieces.
Place in casserole dish; cover with sliced eggs.
Bring soup and broth to boil and pour over chicken.
Melt margarine.
Mix in flour.
Gradually add milk, stirring constantly, for smooth consistency.
Pour over turkey evenly.
Bake at 375\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
