Crustless Ham Quiche - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 lb. sliced mushrooms
    4 eggs
    1 c. small curd cottage cheese
    1 tsp. onion powder
    2 c. Monterey Jack cheese, shredded
    1/2 c. cooked ham
    2 Tbsp. butter, melted
    1 c. sour cream
    1/4 c. all-purpose flour
    6 to 8 drops hot sauce
    1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
Preparation
    Saute mushrooms in butter.
    Mix all ingredients together. Bake at 350\u00b0 until firm and browned, approximately 30 minutes.
