Escalloped Cabbage - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 c. cabbage, shredded
    1/4 c. water
    1 c. soda cracker crumbs
    2 Tbsp. cornstarch
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 c. milk
    1/2 c. shredded cheese
Preparation
    Combine cabbage, water and salt in saucepan.
    Place lid on pan and cook ten minutes.
    Make sauce of milk, cheese and cornstarch; cook until thick.
