Baked Vegetable Dish - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 medium head cabbage
    4 carrots
    1 green pepper, chopped
    1 onion, chopped
    1 tsp. salt
    1 1/2 tsp. sugar
    1 Tbsp. lemon juice
    2 Tbsp. melted butter
Preparation
    Shred cabbage; peel and shred carrots.
    Put all vegetables in a bowl and mix in salt, sugar, lemon juice and melted butter. Stir well.
    Pack mixture into a 2-quart greased casserole.
    Bake for 1 hour at 350\u00b0.
    Serves 6 to 8.
