Lasagne - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. ground chuck or 1 can ground meat
2 tsp. sugar
1 (1 lb. 14 oz.) jar chunky style pasta sauce
1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
6 oz. lasagne noodles
1 c. cottage cheese (cream-style), mixed with 1 egg
6 to 8 oz. Mozzarella cheese, sliced
Preparation

Boil and drain lasagne noodles.
Follow package directions. While noodles are boiling, brown meat in skillet. Empty pasta sauce in saucepan and add meat and sugar.
In baking dish (about 13 x 9-inch), alternate layers of noodles, cottage cheese mix, Mozzarella cheese and sauce.
Use sauce for top layer. Sprinkle top with Parmesan cheese. Bake 30 to 35 minutes in a 375\u00b0 oven. Serves 6.
