Creamy Veg-All Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 can Veg-All vegetables
    1 can cream of celery soup
    1 c. or desired amount chopped onion
    1 can chopped water chestnuts
    1 c. mayonnaise or plain yogurt
    1 c. grated cheese
    low-salt crackers, crushed (reserve these for top of casserole)
Preparation
    Mix ingredients and put in 2-quart casserole dish that has been sprayed with Pam.
    Sprinkle buttered cracker crumbs over top. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
