Spicy Chicken Thighs - cooking recipe
Ingredients

12 medium chicken thighs
1/3 c. cooking oil
3 Tbsp. dry sherry
1/2 c. soy sauce
3 cloves fresh garlic
1 Tbsp. Chinese 5-spice powder
1 tsp. minced fresh ginger root or 1/4 tsp. powdered ginger
Preparation

Mix all the liquid ingredients and the spices. Pour mixture over chicken pieces to marinate for several hours. You can marinate the chicken pieces either
in a shallow covered pan, turning them every few hours OR put the chicken and the seasoning mixture into a tightly sealed plastic bag.
