Swiss Steak Deluxe - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    round steak
    6 Tbsp. flour
    2 1/2 c. stewed/canned tomatoes
    1 medium onion, sliced
    1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    1 tsp. vinegar
    1 clove garlic
    2 Tbsp. catsup
    2 Tbsp. brown sugar
    1 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Cut steak into pieces; pound flour into sides and brown in hot oil.
    Put in baking dish.
    Mix remaining ingredients and pour over; cover.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
    Uncover last 15 minutes.
