Golden Brown Pork Chops - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 to 6 pork chops
1 to 2 tsp. seasoned salt
1 tsp. pepper to taste
2 to 4 Tbsp. flour (to coat)
4 to 6 Tbsp. mayonnaise (to coat)
1 c. Crisco cooking oil (to fry)
Preparation

Prepare and
wash
chops.
Pat
dry.
Sprinkle spices on both sides.
The mayonnaise on both sides.
Coat and cover with flour. Heat oil, medium hot.
Add chops, fry on one side until brown, turn once.
