Pork Tenderloin With Mustard Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 to 1 1/2 lb. pork tenderloin, trimmed of fat
    1 to 2 cloves garlic, minced
    1 tsp. olive oil
    1/2 c. plain low-fat yogurt
    1/4 c. Dijon mustard
    sugar substitute to taste
    2 Tbsp. snipped, fresh chives
Preparation
    Combine garlic and olive oil.
    Rub on pork tenderloin and refrigerate 2 to 4 hours.
    Grill about 20 minutes, turning often until done through.
    Mix yogurt, mustard, sugar substitute and chives.
    Serve sauce with grilled tenderloin.
