Beef Barbecue - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 small beef roast
    salt and pepper
    1 chopped onion
    1 chopped green pepper
    1/2 c. water
    1 bottle barbecue sauce
Preparation
    Trim excess fat off of roast.
    Salt and pepper to taste.
    Put in crock-pot with onion and green pepper.
    Add 1/2 cup water. Cover and cook on high heat about 5 hours.
    When roast is cooked, shred it with a fork and add barbecue sauce.
    Serve on buns.
