Pineapple Cheese Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 small box lemon Jell-O
2 small boxes orange Jell-O
3/4 c. sugar
1 (20 oz.) crushed pineapple in juice
3 c. cold water
1 1/2 c. grated Cheddar cheese
1 c. nuts, chopped
1 (8 or 9 oz.) Cool Whip
Preparation

Mix the lemon Jell-O, orange Jell-O, sugar and crushed pineapple with juice.
Boil for 3 minutes.\tTime when it starts to boil.
Add cold water.
Pour in 13 x 9-inch dish and chill until partially set.
Fold together Cheddar cheese, nuts and Cool Whip. Then fold this mix into Jell-O mixture.
Refrigerate until used. Serve on a leaf of lettuce and top with 1/2 teaspoon mayo dressing if desired.
