Tea Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 sticks butter, melted and cooled
    2 c. sugar
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 tsp. lemon extract
    2 eggs
    3 c. flour
Preparation
    Mix sugar, eggs, vanilla, lemon extract and butter; sift flour and add to mixture.
    Mix well to form a firm dough (some flour differs in texture, so you may need to add additional sifted flour to form firm dough).
    Roll dough in waxed paper and refrigerate until firm.
    Cut dough into round slices and place on cookie sheet.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 8 to 10 minutes.
