2 lb. lean beef ribs
1/2 c. peach preserves
1/2 c. water
juice of 1 lemon
3 Tbsp. brown sugar
1 Tbsp. margarine
1 Tbsp. oil
1/2 tsp. paprika
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
2 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
Preparation

Place the ribs on a rack in shallow baking pan and roast for 30 minutes.
