Spaghetti Sauce - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3/4 c. chopped onion
1 clove garlic, mashed
3 Tbsp. salad or olive oil
1 lb. can tomatoes
2 (6 oz.) cans tomato paste
1 medium can V-8 juice
1 lb. ground beef
1 c. water
1 Tbsp. sugar
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1 to 1 1/2 tsp. oregano leaves
1/2 tsp. pepper
1 bay leaf
Preparation

Brown ground beef with onion and garlic in oil.
Put tomatoes through blender or cut with edge of spoon.
Add tomatoes and remaining ingredients to beef, onion and garlic.
Simmer, uncovered, stirring occasionally, for 1 hour.
Remove bay leaf.
