Heidi'S Mother'S Lasagne - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. ground beef
    1 chopped onion
    parsley
    2 cloves garlic
    2 (6 oz.) cans tomato paste
    1 large can tomato sauce
    1 large and 1 small carton cottage cheese
    1 medium can tomato sauce
    1 large box cooked wide egg lasagne noodles
    1 Tbsp. oregano
    18 oz. Jack cheese, grated
    3/4 tsp. pepper
    Parmesan cheese
Preparation
    Brown beef and onion.
    Add all other ingredients except cheeses and noodles.
    Simmer for 1 1/2 to 2 hours.
    Alternate layers in two 9 x 14-inch dishes: noodles (bottom), Jack cheese, cottage cheese and meat mixture.
    Repeat process.
    Sprinkle lots of Parmesan cheese on top.
    Makes two 9 x 14-inch casseroles.
