Chicken Baked With Potatoes(Pollo Di Patate Al Forno) - cooking recipe

1 large chicken, cut in 8 pieces
2 medium onions, quartered
6 large potatoes, quartered
2 Tbsp. butter
1/4 c. olive oil
salt and pepper to taste
Preparation

Clean and cut up chicken.
Place chicken in baking dish (skin side up).
Place
onions
and
potatoes
around chicken. Dot with butter and
pour olive oil over chicken and potatoes. Sprinkle with salt and pepper.
Bake
at
375\u00b0
for 1 to 1 1/2 hours, turning once.
