Pumpkin Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. sugar
    16 oz. pumpkin puree
    2 eggs
    1/2 c. oil
    2 1/2 c. flour
    1/2 Tbsp. baking soda
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    1 c. raisins
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0; grease 2 loaf pans.
    Combine sugar, pumpkin and eggs in a large bowl.
    Beat until blended.
    Add oil and beat.
    Blend in flour, baking soda, cinnamon and salt.
    Stir in raisins.
    Fill pans 3/4 full.
    Bake about 1 hour or until toothpick inserted comes out clean.
    Cool.
    Enjoy.
    Can be frozen.
    Makes two 1 pound loaves.
