Chocolate Bubble Biscuits - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. all-purpose flour
3/4 c. sugar, divided
4 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
2/3 c. butter, divided
1 c. semi-sweet chocolate morsels
2/3 c. milk
1 tsp. cinnamon
Preparation

In
large
bowl,
combine
flour, 1/4 cup sugar, baking powder and salt.
Using pastry blender or 2 knives, cut in 1/3 cup butter
until
mixture
resembles coarse crumbs.
Stir in chocolate morsels.
Add milk.
Stir until dough holds a shape. On floured
board,
knead
dough lightly.
Roll dough into 16 balls. Preheat oven to 375\u00b0.
In small saucepan, melt remaining 1/3
cup butter.
Pour
1/2 of melted butter in an 8-inch square
baking pan.
In
cup, combine remaining 1/2 cup sugar and
cinnamon.
