60 Minute Rolls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 yeast cakes
    1 1/4 c. milk
    3/4 tsp. salt
    4 1/2 to 5 c. flour
    1/4 c. lukewarm water
    3 Tbsp. sugar
    2 Tbsp. butter
Preparation
    Put milk, sugar, salt and butter in saucepan and heat until lukewarm.
    Add yeast, which has been dissolved in water, to mixture in large bowl.
    Cover and let rise 15 minutes.
