Chili Quiche Appetizers - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (4 oz.) can whole green chilies, drained, seeded and chopped
    2 c. shredded Monterey Jack or Cheddar cheese (8 oz.)
    1 c. baking mix
    1 c. half and half
    4 eggs
    1/8 tsp. red pepper sauce (optional)
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 375\u00b0.
    Grease square pan, 9 x 9 x 2-inch. Sprinkle chilies and cheese in pan.
    Beat remaining ingredients until smooth, 15 seconds in blender or 1 minute by hand.
    Pour into pan.
    Bake about 30 minutes until golden brown and knife inserted in center comes out clean.
    Let stand 10 minutes before cutting.
    Cut into 1 1/4-inch squares.
    Makes 3 dozen.
