Easy Chicken And Rice - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 to 1 c. rice
    1 can onion soup
    1 fryer, disjointed
    salt and pepper to taste
    1 can cream of celery or cream of chicken soup
Preparation
    Sprinkle rice into baking pan; pour onion soup over rice.
    Add 1 cup water.
    Sprinkle chicken with salt and pepper; place over onion soup.
    Spread cream of celery soup over chicken. Bake uncovered in preheated 325\u00b0 to 350\u00b0 oven for 1 hour to 1 1/2 hours.
    Add water, as necessary, to keep moist.
    Curry powder may be added, if desired.
