Grilled Reuben Juniors - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (8 oz. long) party rye
    2 Tbsp. mustard with horseradish
    2 (4 3/4 oz.) cans corned beef spread
    1/4 lb. Swiss cheese, thinly sliced
    1 c. sauerkraut, well drained (optional)
Preparation
    Spread half of the bread slices lightly with mustard, then with the corned beef spread.
    Add 2 thin slices of Swiss cheese and a dollop of sauerkraut.
    Top with remaining bread slices and grill slowly in a buttered skillet.
    Remove when cheese is soft and bread is golden.
    Makes 18.
