Portuguese Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 large potatoes, cubed
    1 large onion, chopped
    1 Tbsp. garlic
    1 Tbsp. parsley
    1 lb. Velveeta cheese, cubed
    2 slices bread, cubed
    1 1/2 sticks melted margarine
Preparation
    Boil potatoes in jackets with onions and drain.
    Place in a large casserole dish.
    Sprinkle garlic and parsley on potatoes and onion mixture.
    Next, add cubed Velveeta cheese and bread.
    Pour melted butter over top.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 20 minutes.
