Seasoned Scallops - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 Tbsp. olive oil
    2 Tbsp. butter
    2 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1/4 c. bread crumbs
    3 Tbsp. Parmesan cheese
    1 tsp. fresh parsley, chopped
    salt and pepper
    1 lb. scallops
Preparation
    Heat oil and butter in small baking dish.
    Add lemon juice, crumbs, cheese, parsley, salt and pepper.
    Add scallops.
    Toss to coat with mixture.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 20 minutes.
    Cook less if using bay scallops.
