Basic Baked Potatoes And Mock Sour Cream - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3/4 c. low-fat cottage cheese
1/4 c. nonfat plain yogurt
1/2 tsp. lemon juice
1 packet Equal artificial sweetener
Preparation

Put the ingredients together in a blender and whirl them until smooth.
Makes enough to store in refrigerator for a week.
(Also makes excellent salad dressing.)
