Coconut Pound Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. shortening
    2 1/4 c. sugar
    5 eggs
    3 c. flour
    1 tsp. baking powder
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 c. milk
    2 tsp. coconut flavoring
    7 oz. can coconut
Preparation
    Cream shortening, sugar and eggs on high for 10 minutes. Add dry ingredients alternately with milk. Beat well. Add flavoring and coconut and mix well. Pour in greased Bundt pan and place in cold oven at 325\u00b0 for 1 hour and 25 minutes.
