Grilled Swordfish With Avocado Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 lb. swordfish per person
    1/2 ripe avocado
    1/4 c. dry white wine
    1 tsp. lemon juice
    1 sprig fresh cilantro
    2 Tbsp. olive oil
Preparation
    Avocado Sauce:
    Place avocado, wine, lemon juice and cilantro in blender.
    Blend and thin with water if necessary.
