Cucumber Kim Chee - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 cucumbers
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. sesame oil
    1/2 tsp. sesame seeds, toasted
    1 clove garlic, minced
    dash or two of cayenne
Preparation
    Peel and seed cucumbers.
    Slice thinly and sprinkle with salt.
    Let stand 15 minutes.
    Rinse and drain.
    Toast sesame seeds in a skillet over medium heat; watch closely as they burn quickly. Stir often.
    Combine sesame oil, sesame seeds, garlic and cayenne.
    Toss with cucumbers.
