Squash Enchiladas - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. cubed zucchini
1 medium onion
1 clove garlic
2 fresh chilies or 4 canned jalapeno peppers
1/4 c. water
1 can cream of mushroom soup
flour tortillas
Cheddar cheese
Preparation

Microwave in glass bowl with Saran Wrap, covered, the zucchini, onion, garlic, chili peppers and water.
Cook 5 minutes in microwave.
Put mushroom soup in blender with microwave veggies.
Blend until smooth; this is the sauce.
