Aunt Helen'S Stuffed Baked Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    Idaho baking potatoes (uniform size)
    hot milk
    2 Tbsp. butter
    salt and pepper
Preparation
    Place potatoes in a shallow pan and bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour and 10 minutes or until done.
    Cut off top of potatoes.
    Scoop out and mash thoroughly.
    Add hot milk, 2 tablespoons butter, salt pepper to taste.
    Beat well.
    Refill shells.
    Return to shallow pan.
    Shortly before serving time put in 450\u00b0 oven to reheat for 8 to 10 minutes, unless potatoes are very cold.
    In that case, 5 minutes longer.
