Mandarin Delight(A New Twist On An Old Favorite; Nonfat And Yummy!) - cooking recipe
Ingredients

5 pkg. Knox gelatine
1 c. juice from canned fruit
1 c. nonfat vanilla yogurt
1 c. NutraSweet Spoonful (sugar alternative)
1 1/2 c. boiling water
1 c. 7-Up or Sprite
2 (16 oz.) cans mandarin oranges, drained
Preparation

Sprinkle Knox gelatine over fruit juice and let soak for 5 minutes.
Add boiling water and stir until gelatine is dissolved. Add 7-Up and stir.
Add yogurt and NutraSweet Spoonful.
Fold in oranges.
Pour into 9 x 13-inch pan; refrigerate at least 4 hours. Cut into squares and serve.
