Caramel Corn - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    16 c. popped corn
    1 c. brown sugar, packed
    1/2 c. butter or margarine
    1/4 c. light corn syrup
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 tsp. baking soda
Preparation
    Slightly beat first 5 ingredients; cook in microwave until thick, then add remaining ingredients.
    Cool.
    Pour into your baked pie crust.
    Add meringue.
    Bake.
