Aunt Marta'S Carrot Mold - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 large box orange jello
    1 pt. sour cream
    2 c. grated carrots
    1 c. crushed pineapple
    1/2 c. chopped walnuts
    2 c. boiling water and reserved pineapple juice
Preparation
    Make jello using the water and pineapple juice.
    Chill slightly.
    Add rest of the ingredients to the sour cream and add to jello.
    Pour into mold and chill until set.
