Evelyn'S Cornbread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. cornmeal
    1/2 stick butter
    1/4 c. Wesson oil
    1/4 c. sugar
    1 egg, beaten
    1 1/2 c. milk
Preparation
    Mix cornmeal and sugar together.
    Add milk and beaten egg. Add melted butter and oil.
    Bake at 450\u00b0 for 25 to 30 minutes or until golden brown.
