Earthquake Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 German chocolate cake mix
1/2 c. pecans
1/2 c. coconut flakes
1/2 lb. powdered sugar
8 oz. cream cheese
1 stick margarine
Preparation

Grease and flour Bundt cake pan.
Sprinkle pecans and coconut on bottom of pan.
Mix cake as directed and spread over nuts and coconut.
Cream together sugar, margarine and cream cheese.
Spoon over cake mix without touching the edges of the pan.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 35 to 40 minutes up to 50 minutes until edges pull from sides of pan.
Cool completely before turning out onto serving plate.
