Fat-Free Blueberry Muffins - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. plain flour
    1 c. oat bran
    1/3 c. sugar
    1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
    1/2 tsp. baking soda
    1/8 tsp. salt
    1 large egg white, beaten
    2 c. nonfat blueberry yogurt
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 c. blueberries
Preparation
    Combine all dry ingredients.
    Add egg white, yogurt and vanilla and beat.
    Add berries and beat.
    Fills 16 cupcake papers. Bake 20 to 30 minutes at 350\u00b0.
