Sour Cream Coleslaw - cooking recipe

1/2 c. dairy sour cream
1 1/2 tsp. vinegar
1 tsp. sugar
1/4 c. shredded carrot
1 Tbsp. thinly sliced radish
1/2 tsp. salt
dash of pepper
3 c. shredded cabbage
1 Tbsp. chopped green pepper
1 Tbsp. chopped green onion
Preparation

In a bowl, combine the sour cream, vinegar, sugar, salt and pepper.
Fold in carrots, radish, green pepper and onion.
Pour over cabbage; mix lightly.
Makes 4 servings.
