Broccoli Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (10 oz.) pkg. chopped broccoli, thawed and drained
3/4 c. cottage cheese
1 large onion, chopped fine
4 eggs, beaten
1/2 c. margarine
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cornbread mix
Preparation

Mix first 5 ingredients until thoroughly blended.
Add cornbread mix, stirring until just moistened.
Pour batter into 10-inch cast-iron skillet, coated with vegetable cooking spray.
Yields 10 wedges.
