Blender Spaghetti Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 qt. unpeeled tomatoes*
    4 c. green pepper*
    1 Tbsp. oregano*
    2 c. onion*
    1 garlic clove*
    8 (6 oz.) cans tomato sauce
    1 Tbsp. black pepper
    1/2 c. salad oil
    1 c. sugar
    1/4 c. salt
Preparation
    *All measuring is done after you have processed through the blender.
    Simmer the tomatoes, green pepper, oregano, onions and garlic 1 hour, then add tomato paste, black pepper, salad oil, sugar and salt.
    Cook for 1 1/2 hours more.
    Freeze.
