Macaroni Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. cooked macaroni (elbow or shell)
    4 carrots, grated
    1 onion, chopped
    1 bell pepper, chopped
    3/4 lb. American cheese, grated or small cubes
    1/2 c. vinegar
    3/4 c. sugar
    1 can Eagle Brand milk
    2 c. mayonnaise
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Mix all together and refrigerate for a few hours or longer.
