Carrot Muffins - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 c. Bisquick
1 c. carrots, grated
1 egg, slightly beaten
4 Tbsp. sugar
2/3 c. milk
Preparation

Mix together all ingredients; mix until dry ingredients are dampened.
Mixture will be lumpy in appearance; fill oiled muffin pans 2/3 full.
Bake at 400\u00b0 for 20 to 25 minutes.
