Nutty Fingers - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 1/2 sticks butter
    3 c. plain flour
    7 1/2 Tbsp. confectioners sugar
    1 1/2 c. pecans, chopped
    1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Have butter at room temperature.
    Combine butter, flour and sugar.
    Add pecans and vanilla.
    This will be a stiff dough.
    Roll small amounts into small balls or finger shapes.
    Bake in 325\u00b0 oven for 20 to 25 minutes until lightly browned.
    Cool completely. Roll in confectioners sugar.
