Ingredients

2 1/2 c. milk
4 Tbsp. cocoa
4 Tbsp. flour
3 eggs
1 c. sugar
2 Tbsp. butter
1 tsp. vanilla
vanilla wafers
Preparation

Heat milk and cocoa in saucepan until warm.
Mix flour, eggs and sugar together.
Slowly add to milk and cocoa mixture.
Stir constantly until mixture is thick and creamy.
Remove from heat and add butter and vanilla.
In a pan or dish of your choice, layer bottom with vanilla wafers.
Cover wafers with pudding. Alternate until all pudding is gone.
Chill.
Top with whipped cream, if desired.
