Zucchini Pickles - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 or 3 large zucchini, cut in 1/16-inch slices
    1 green pepper, chopped fine
    1 onion, chopped fine
    1 tsp. salt
    2 tsp. celery seed
    3/4 c. sugar
    1/2 c. white vinegar
Preparation
    Combine zucchini, pepper and onion.
    Sprinkle with salt and celery seed. Let stand for 1 hour.
